Debby Ryan.Star of Disney channel’s Jessie, 22-year-old Debby Ryan, was arrested for drunk driving in L.A. last week after she slammed her Audi into a Mercedes around 11 p.m. The actress blew a .11 on a breathalyzer test, which authorities considered a misdemeanor, because it’s not much over the .08 legal limit. Ryan is currently out on $100,000 bail and has been charged with two criminal offenses: driving under the influence, and driving with a .08 blood-alcohol level or higher. Today she tweeted an apology:
