When Darth Vader first appeared in Star Wars, you heard him before you saw him. The pew-pew of laser guns gave way to a foreboding barrage of horns and then that hoarse, rhythmic breathing. In a story about good and evil, Darth Vader — his face covered by a Samurai-inspired mask of matte black, his body enrobed in a billowing cape of midnight fabric — was clearly the latter.

Orlando Brown -- Charged in Late Night Death Threat Rant
Disney star Orlando Brown has been charged with 3 crimes after showing up at a woman's apartment in the middle of the night and threatening to kill her and her kid.
Orlando faces 2 counts of disturbing the peace as well as public intoxication. He wasn't charged with making death threats, even though cops say you clearly hear the threats in the 911 call.
The L.A. City Attorney concluded there was insufficient evidence to prosecute him for the threat.
